Design/build of a structural steel facility fish processing plant and mechanic shop in Valdez for Jim Poor and the start of Peter Pan Seafood operations.

Saxman Impoundment and Water Treatment Plant
SAXMAN, ALASKA
Design/build management of a community freshwater supply impoundment dam, supporting road, bridge crossing, and main water line. Retrofitted existing plant equipment with upgrades to accommodate the new water source.

Elim Water Treatment Plant
ELIM, ALASKA
Design/build project management for a new 212 thousand gallon water storage tank, installation of a new 2-mile SDR11 insulated water main circulation loop, new gravity sewer main with manholes, and complete restoration of a failing water treatment plant while keeping this Arctic community supplied in domestic water.

FORT RICHARDSON, ALASKA
Complete renovation of a 175,000 square foot historical administration facility, starting with relocation of its 300+ occupants, inclusive of historical preservation, asbestos mitigation, architectural reconstruction, entire plumbing replacement, mechanical air ducts, electrical systems, and installation of a new fire suppression system.
Hangar 3, USCG Air Base
KODIAK, ALASKA
A complete renovation of the civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, fire suppression, and electrical systems for this historic hangar. This project required the removal of abandoned underground passageways, machine gun turrets, contaminated soils, and underground concrete rooms. Upgrades included installation of a soldier wall, and deluge drain pond, paving of the parking areas for cars and aircraft, new interior offices, and flight tower upgrades.

FORT RICHARDSON, ALASKA
Reorganization of a design/build state-of-the-art 85,000 sq ft maintenance facility from a government stop-work order to successful completion. Created communication transparency between all stakeholders, and corrected design issues and value engineering planning. This project finished on time for the guard within its negotiated budget while achieving a No Lost Time Accident award.

Design/build management of the restoration of Fort Richardson’s Hangar 4 for our Air National Guard helicopter teams. A complete new insulated roof system, new modern offices, blast-proof windows, and refurbished hangar work area.

NOME, ALASKA
Part of the design/build management team for the new 154,000 sq ft hospital in Nome Alaska. This facility included triage, two operating rooms, fifteen dental areas, a hearing booth, vision offices, two radiology rooms, thirty procedure rooms, pharmacy, optometry, labor and delivery, outpatient services, a morgue, and administration offices.
